Some examples of the services we can provide. Please note, we ask that a client nominates one person in the office as a co-ordinator for Systems 24, this person does not need technical knowledge however they must be able to communicate with our operatives.

New Staff

When new staff join the office, can you install and configure their computer? Yes we can; this is the process:

1. We ask your co-ordinator to order a new machine from your hardware supplier.
2. Once the workstation is delivered, we instruct the co-ordinator to plug it in, turn it on and push the F12 key to boot into network mode.
3. In network mode we can control the computer and install Windows.
4. Our engineers can install and configure the computer to your requirements.
5. The co-ordinator can test and new staff can start using computer.

Staff Leaving

If staff leave can you manage this? Yes we can; this is the process:

1. When staff leave we require the co-ordinator to contact us to inform us of the details.
2. We access that staff member's computer, remove all the data from the machine such as documents or emails and then provide this data to someone in Management.
3. The workstation is then rebooted and re-installed ready for a new staff member to join.

Computer Upgrades

My staff sometimes complain that their workstation is running slow, they need an upgrade can you manage this? Yes we can; this is the process:

1. A request is sent to the co-ordinator to purchase the required upgrade and connect it to the network.
2. At a time outside office hours, we connect and migrate the existing, slow computer's settings and data to the new computer.
3. The following day the co-ordinator comes into the office, swaps the new machine with the old machine and the staff member is back working.

Remote Users

We can provide this same level of support (online or by telephone) for sales personnel on the road or a manager on a business trip.



Onsite Support

We understand that companies need the reassurance of onsite support for those infrequent issues where online support can not initially solve the problem.

Systems24 has developed an extensive network of reliable technical partners that are contracted to provide onsite support for Systems24's customers.

If circumstances require we can arrange an approved, trusted technician to arrive in your office within 4 business hours.

The Systems24 processes, which enable us to deliver our high level of service, require us to fully document your systems and operating processes.

This documentation is made available, when necessary, to your local trusted technician via our secure portal. They will arrive in possession of full knowledge of both your operations and your problem ensuring downtime and disruption are kept to a minimum.

Redundancy design

For Systems24's solution to work we must design the network so that any part can be redundant in the event of failure. We instruct our clients to install within their networks low-cost, functional back-up units. At the consulting stage we will advise customers on the potential problems within their network and make recommendations for alterations, one of the alterations that we will always recommend is the set-up of an additional, redundant low-cost firewall/router. We recommend that this be connected all the time; in the event that your main router crashes we can easily connect to the backup router to get your Internet connection back up and running in minutes.
