Our streamlined operational processes
anticipate potential problems
With
our existing SME clients, a common process involves the introduction
of new staff. How do we manage this?
1. We ask that a client nominates one person in the office as
a co-ordinator for Systems24. This person does not need technical
knowledge, however they must be able to communicate with our
operatives.
2. We ask your co-ordinator to order a new machine from your
hardware supplier (this is a service we can provide, generally
we recommend Dell equipment).
3. Once the workstation is delivered we instruct the co-ordinator
to plug it in, turn it on and push the F12 key to boot into
network mode. Once the Workstation is running in network mode
we can control the computer and install windows.
4. Our engineers can then install and configure the computer
to your' requirements, including any specialist software needed
or any customization you run.
5. On completion we advise the co-ordinator and request them
to test the computer with the new user's details and confirm
that they are satisfied with the installation.
6. The new staff member joins and starts using her computer.
